Delivery & Returns
Delivery is normally 5 to 10 working days.
All parcels will be posted via Australia Post.
Delivery is calculated based on weight and volume of the item or group of items.
Please contact us if your order has not been delivered within this period.
Returned Goods
All products purchased from us are quality tested. There is a very small percentage of items that do not work as intended, or get damaged in transit. In the unlikely event of this happening with an item you have received, please email our Customer Service team and give a full detailed description of the problem, as well as your Order number.
Our Customer Service Team will respond to you within 2 working days. Depending on the problem our customer service team will determine how best to resolve your problem with minimum inconvenience to you.
If it is found that the item you received is faulty, we will exchange. The item needs to be returned within 14 days of purchase, in its original packaging.
Delivery cost is not refundable. Returned goods postage will be paid by the customer.
If we no longer have any more of the product in stock, then a full refund will be provided.
