Delivery is normally 5 to 7 business days.
All parcels will be posted via Australia Post or delivered by Courier.
Delivery is calculated on size and distance, some bulky items are delivered by courier.
Please contact us if your order has not been delivered within this period.
Covid-19 Delivery Delays: We expect some delivery delays which are out of our control, and will not be liable for these delays, however we will assist as much as possible to inform you and liaise with our couriers.
- We only ship to Australia.
- We have no direct pickup.
- We cannot combine shipping.
- We cannot ship to PO boxes, including MPO’s.
Due to the limited access of our carriers, there are certain postcodes that we are unable to deliver to:

Unsuccessful Delivery Attempt
If no one is present when the order arrives and it is being delivered by Australia Post, a notification will be left in the mail box for you to pick up your parcel in your local Post Office.
If your item is delivered by Toll IPEC and Allied Express, arrangement will be made in advance to ensure your item to arrive at your door at your convenience.
A re-delivery cost will occur if you are not home at the arranged time.
Rejected by Receiver
If your item is a gift, please ensure the receiver knows about it to avoid parcel rejection. A re-delivery cost will occur if parcel has to be resent.
All products purchased from us are quality tested. There is a very small percentage of items that do not work as intended, or get damaged in transit. In the unlikely event of this happening with an item you have received, please email our Customer Service team and give a full detailed description of the problem, as well as your Order number.
Our Customer Service Team will respond to you within 2 working days. Depending on the problem our customer service team will determine how best to resolve your problem with minimum inconvenience to you.
If it is found that the item you received is faulty, we will exchange. The item needs to be returned within 14 days of purchase, in its original packaging to our warehouse in Sunshine West, Victoria 8438.
Delivery cost is not refundable. Returned goods postage will be paid by the customer.
If we no longer have any more of the product in stock, then a full refund will be provided.
For a change of mind returned purchase a restocking fee will apply.
