Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: Payment can be made via Zippay, PayID and Direct Deposit for Australian customers only.
Q: What do the various payment status’s mean?
A:
- Pending payment – Order received, no payment initiated. Awaiting payment (unpaid).
- Failed – Payment failed or was declined (unpaid) or requires authentication (SCA).
- Processing – Payment received (paid); order is awaiting fulfilment.
- Completed – Order fulfilled and complete – Shipped and tracking number provided.
- On-Hold – Awaiting payment – stock is reduced, but we need to confirm payment.
- Cancelled – Cancelled by an admin or the customer.
- Refunded – Refunded.
