Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: Payment can be made via Zippay, PayID and Direct Deposit for Australian customers only.


Q: What do the various payment status’s mean?

A:

  • Pending payment – Order received, no payment initiated. Awaiting payment (unpaid).
  • Failed – Payment failed or was declined (unpaid) or requires authentication (SCA).
  • Processing – Payment received (paid); order is awaiting fulfilment.
  • Completed – Order fulfilled and complete – Shipped and tracking number provided.
  • On-Hold – Awaiting payment – stock is reduced, but we need to confirm payment.
  • Cancelled – Cancelled by an admin or the customer.
  • Refunded – Refunded.
